The Ithacan is a 200-unit market-rate apartment building being built over a 150-car parking garage. A residential lobby will be located at the front of Green Street, as well as an access hallway between the shops lining the Commons.
Jeffrey Rimland, a developer from Long Island, is the developer on the project which is currently in mid-construction.
Update as of April 2022
The parking decks are nearly complete, and steel for the building will be erected in late spring/early summer. A leasing office for the project will open in June, with occupancy expected for summer 2023.
