It's easy! These gift certificates look like actual checks and are treated like traveler's checks. They can be purchased in $5.00, $10.00, and $25 denominations, and should be ordered ahead of time. They expire one year from the date of purchase, allowing the recipient the flexibility of spending them on food, entertainment, fitness, and shopping.
