Downtown 2020 Strategic Plan
The 2020 Downtown Strategic Plan is a blueprint for downtown’s future. It outlines the underlying “big ideas” that help guide policy decisions about downtown. It recommends specific quantitative and qualitative goals for the next ten years. It details action steps and items that need to be undertaken to realize the 2020 vision for downtown. The Plan will identify potential development sites and recommendations for downtown zoning amendments.
