The Ithaca Downtown Partnership Workplan
Each year the Ithaca Downtown Partnership prepares a work plan to guide its day-to-day tasks and operations. Work plan elements are drawn from the "Ten Year Downtown Development Strategy".
Each annual work plan is divided into sections based on the four standing committees of the Ithaca Downtown Partnership:
- Business Retention & Development
- Government Relations & the Environment
- Marketing & Member Services
- Community Special Events
